As you guys know, I use Slow%d and 1m breadth, to time my entries. Suffice to say we are oversold enough for me to be constructively positive. There is a large triangle that has devloped over the past two day on 1 min breadth. The lines intersect at about 1:30pm today. It could break in either direction, but my bet is up. This has nothing to do with longer term TA. I'm saying you buy at 1:30, and you make some jingle at the close, or hold 'em for a coupla days. Longer term- me no likey. SPX cash: 1388.39 FWIW, and YMMV

I'm hating this call, and I felt funny putting in the orders, but, a plan is a plan. So, I'm in. With stops. hating it. But this is usually when I do well. When I love an entry, I rarely do well.

all I am seeing in the tape is fear selling this past hour. the whales seemed to have completed their migration for now. this thing should turn around any minute now.

It better. My stops don't have much more room and I've only been in for 30 min! :sweatingbullets:

they never make it easy, do they? I'll admit, it's precarious. option/vol activity tells me some big fish are hedging right now, and breadth is sickly. Actually amusingly I'm getting more concerned from my indicators as I'm typing this--now may not be the entry point we're looking for, but I can't ignore my 'climax bottom' buy. Sometimes it's a day early, but the little fella absolutely nailed August & November and it's wailing right now I'll be interested to see where we close...

Still got 'em.

That's why I use stops, because if I traded how I felt, I would have blown out and gone short.

Thanks for rooting for me.

P.S. I like your new sig.

A call like this and not one "attaboy" Sheesh. Called the time, place, said why, put a number on it, and clocked the ticket. If you traded better than me you had 25 SPX points. I had 20, which is nice, but I was too early. Tough crowd. Anyway, I had a good month today. EDIT> Saltlake, you posted while I was writing, so, I love ya, you're a mensch! Glad you did well too.
