Quote dot com had live charts that was a very good product. E signal has bought them and slowly is migrating to their version which among all the "improvements" does not allow data export or modifications to the study parameters. So what is out there ? Qcharts is one but 10 X as expensive and takes up a lot of ram and stuff. Since I like to keep my own charts -- data export including all sessions for the futures is important. What do people use who used to have livecharts from quote.com??? Thanks

I woke up to check quotes and I can't get them to come up. Then I finally work my way into their system to find the so-called improvements. What a load of crap. What do they think they are doing? We rely upon their system to trade, some of us 24 hours. How are we supposed to trade? I just closed all my positions until I get things sorted out. It'll cost me a couple hundred, but I can't trade like this. Did the old system work poorly? No. Did they warn us? No. Did they explain how the new system would work? No. Did they give us time to test our trading systems? No. Why do they think that this is acceptable? Does ANYONE think that this is good business practice? This is rank amateur stuff. It's like they put an adolescent with no knowledge or even interest in the markets in charge... I'll tell you, I've given them thousands of dollars over the years, but I'm looking for a new home now. Anyone else? sam

I'm pretty sure E signal does allow you to export charts. Call them.
NONE of what I type should be taken as financial advice.

I use SierraCharts with IB (free) data feed. Sierra is a very reliable program ($45/mo). With IB's low comissions this is the most reliable and economical combo. F&D

I don't know about that. I have a direct contact with the wholesaler. He helps me out just fine.
