Greetings,
I talked with tech at Quote.com about the loss of the ascii and Excel data export feature for live charts. He suggested we send an email to; qcideas@mail.esignal.com and request that feature be added back to live charts.

Lest flood em with emails, get on every board and ask everyone to send an email with that request. We can also send customer service an email here;

Lets do it,

Larry

All their charting does not seem to be working. Wonder if they do this to see if people upgrade to a higher package.

You have to go to the new live charts, the only problem for me is they deleted the data export.

Go here; http://new.quote.com/home.action log in and activate live charts

Good job -- the old legacy live charts is back for now == a few minutes ago -- but was on the phone a long telling them they might as well fold tent if they dont allow export of data.

The tech at Quote.com said flood em with emails asking for it to be put back on, he was upset about it also. He thinks if thousands of requests come in they will do it.

Found a program that will export ascii data from Quote.com. www.hquotes.com downloaded a free trial and in a few minutes have it downloading index charts data that is then auto converted to ascii data.
