..Could happen...but not yet if it does.....imvho....if it's going to test the 3000 area....it needs higher in the X wave first.
The vertical lined areas are also areas where SSEC took decent corrections and SPX weathered them well. fwiw

Why is 4200 the line of death? Admittedly...below it's last low could be bearish .....but I wouldn't use such a drastic term......first...it has a good chance of bouncing before we see a new low....and second....any new low could also be some sort of reversal.

Curious why label as ABC when the down waves look impulsive (5 waves). The other indicators are looking pretty weak, too. Or is the ABC just an alternate count, to support a devil's advocate position?
Isn't the SSEC chart just what you'd expect when a parabolic pattern cracks?
If it has cracked (NIKK not looking hot, either), isn't that a problem for most other equity markets?

Could be a clue we'll get our low.
As I said the other day, it is FAST approaching the LINE OF DEATH at 4200.
Its 4250 as I type this.
I believe in the one market theory. Especially one as big as China, where a lot of the new wealth investors have their toes (if not their feet/legs) dipped into.
Can the world weather china's dump?
Let's find out.

Putin is getting more hitlerish every day..
Sort of scary if you think about it. Hindenburg lead the way to Adolf's reins, sort of like how Yeltzin for Putin. Lots of similarities there.
