So Tea you do see a 1 and a abc...darn I think I erased the 1 scenario from my post to you last night..
because I then posted up that RUT chart instead and changed my question.
P.S. did you even see it yesterday?
As this is the possible action I am looking for from the RUT.

I think S&P needs not only to break, but close above 1370 in order to consider this action a break out. Also, it would be helpful for the bulls to take banks up. So far the rally looks kind of stupid.
