You will think those guys are smart, but the Fed has a mighty big stick, and they will take them down faster than Spitzer on Kristen.

Listen folks, the downside trade is OVER.
Fed has basically said its illegal to be a bear, and you will go to jail. They're not screwing around this time. All bears will be branded a commie and stripped of their profits to pay the poor victims of subprime.
Even people with 'bear' in their name will be prosecuted. Stay away from anything bear or brown.

Where are you getting this? I realize, of course, that you are being a bit flippant....but what are you reading from the Fed?Fed has basically said its illegal to be a bear, and you will go to jail.

those who created the real estate bubble might not be able to escape punishment. BS is down for a reason.
