Hi,
To you and all who don't have a subscription to Glenn Neely. I am a subscriber and I can tell you that although he has called the end of the bull back in Jan. He has lost on almost every trade using S&P 500 fuctures, trying to capture on said decline. He constantly get's stopped out after placing a stop 30-50 points above the market. He may be correct in his call going forward but, His track record for actully trading this decline has been as bad as Hank.

Thank you thank you thank you....finally someone has outed neely. A great example of the importance of time frames when speaking of ones trading/timing ideas. Neely has been right for sure. If you traded his signals, you would be broke if using margin several times over. If no margin just sad and much less rich. His overall makt call and view from big picture has been right on. But his actual trading has been beyond horrible. Knowing overall direction is meaningless if you cant trade it, and he has proven he can't. 95% of traders cant trade profitably period.

"The End" doesn't post here that often and he can be very blunt but, I know him and I guarentee you, he knows his "stuff" and is very good at what he does.

it all depends on what time frame you use. in these times of "volatility" it really matters a lot. also, ms. market has taught folks to use stops which were/are much narrower than some used in times past. one can't even post them for fear of ridicule.
that is how ms. market trains us, then tricks us.
anyway, neely's long term views have been pretty amazing. i do not have ANY interest in promoting him nor i do subsribe but i have seen enough of his longer term stuff to find it interesting, but for most us he will not be of use.
that's all, folks.
p.s. milbank's referral is good enough for me, fwiw.
