Did part of the 'net go down last night? I note that I had less than 1/3 my normal spam and Traders-talk has fewer posts this morning than normal. I'm not complaining about the spam, but it's a pretty reliable pain in my heinie every day. I fear it is a sign of the apocalypse. Anyone noticing anything odd on their end? M

Mark, my area was very very slow...very unusual...a few times it went out so I got irritated with it and shut down early

That Mark, was a test of the Emergency Shadow Banking System. If it had been an actual emergency, the internet would have resumed after forty seconds with a message from the Federal Reserve Bank in your region instructing you as to where and when to deposit your gold, silver, and other precious metals.

It was just a test.

You can now return to your regularly scheduled illusion of free-market capitalism now in progress.
