1000's of Pets being dumped and left with the houses where folks walk away.
Only in America.

darn, that's sad.
My parents picked up a friendly cat on the bluff across from their home. He was totally tame so someone dropped him off there. At least they ditched him in a good neighborhood where he could be guaranteed of finding a good home.
