Another good s/t set-up here. Im long DUG, s/t target 40-42.

If I were a money mgr, I'd be locking in profits on my winners next week.

Beta - This chart (at least the indicators shown) doesn't look bullish to you??
I appreciate it's only a 10-min chart, but just saying....

Thanks,
Barry

s/t momentum pointing DOWN. s/t price pointing DOWN (broken 10-min TL) nope. not bullish, but maybe a bounce @ 71-72.

(p.s. just remember that all you need in this game is 2% a day, and you're a winner).

Man, you guys ~do~ trade on fast timeframes.... ;-)

I see what you're saying, but guess I just look at it from a little longer timeframe, and my old eyes just pick up some of the divergences that look like they're forming today....

Thanks,
Barry

Hi Barry, Actually I think your bullish take may be correct LT, as I dont think XLE has topped out, but is merely correcting. Short-term, I think the case just got better for a pullback to 71, which is a 62% Fib tgt. I suspect we're in a wave "2" here, and wave "3" is going to blast out alot of shorts in oil/energy. i.e., the next wave up should see XLE @ minimum 82. Ill be flipping my puts for calls next week.
