Hey Semi-You know I follow and and trying to get better using your volume work. I wonder, when we are testing a high volume candle-where does the wick come in. Do we need only test the body of the candle to call the test complete-or the wick as well? I ask because many times high volume candles tend to have long wicks as they appear at momentary bottoms. Thanks.
We look at THE high, and THE low of the candle... and then whether or not we close inside it. We don't care about wicks...

Ditto that. Thanks Semi, much appreciated. Your volume work has been incredibly spot on, and I appreciate the trouble you go through to bring it to us!
Semi - do you have any links to the theory behind candle volume studies? Just wanting to see it all in context... I don't trade the Q's, so I sometimes get lost in all the detail.
Thanks again for all your generous contributions.
