From Yahoo: Today marks the last day of first quarter 2008. Unless stocks make some incredible gains this session, this quarter will mark the largest percent decline for the S&P 500 since 2002.

Because they believe they pushed hard into oversold last week and they can run this up on no resistance.

Depends on what time frame you are trading. If you are trading 1 thru 15 min time frames the trend is up.

As I mentioned on Mark's thread, candle count can be tricky on light volume days... you sometimes get false signals. I would do nothing in this immediate timeframe unless we get a new low or high.
