Mark,
It is this kind of land mind that I was talking about that keeps me from an all out bullish position.

I worry about the ones you have no reason to expect. But bad news and charges are why this rally is going to be tough to play here near term.
In fact, we ought to look for EVERYONE to be revising their earnings projections down NOW. Even if they aren't having troubles. They've got cover to take charges, so every decent CFO is going to go looking for SOMETHING, ANYTHING negative to get off the books while he's got the chance to do so without taking much flak.
That, of course, makes it easier to beat estimates later on when you are expected to do well.
Near term, that makes for lots of news events like this and a lot of gaps and chop.

Mark,
Any idea how long this will go? ie: When do we get a buy?

Don't tell me you're not going to buy at these new and improved prices...
Geeze, semi, you are the majesty, tell me, the up turn is from 1440 to 1510, the percentage is from 7% to 12%. Won't you buy right NOW?

Sure...
No problemo...
Gas will go to more than $5 gal.![]()
Bread $6 loaf![]()
Roundtrip airfare coast to coast $2000![]()
But Ben will have saved Wall Street.![]()
The guys who sold this crap to begin with who deserve to suffer the most.![]()
As long as Ben keeps printing, they will keep jamming the fiat into the market.![]()
Subject to violent seizures like today.
I have no doubt that Ben can come up with a PERFECT NUMBER, to make your paycheck just enough to catch up with ALL the INFLATION you mentioned. Is it so hard for him? It is hard for you and me, I am sure it is HARD for me..at least.
