Who's "XCP" is this?

I like to watch the $SPX:$VIX for market direction.
A few months ago, somebody posted their "XCP".
I think I turned it upside down so it would move with the $SPX:$VIX.
It turned down early last week yet the $SPX:$VIX remained flat until Friday.
It seems that when the two move in the same direction, it confirms a trend.
