I don't know why it was delayed. I always look at this data on saturday, but it didn't come out until monday (I checked sunday).
This week's data is quite interesting, and I suggest those who do parse this data take a good look at it.
At first glance, I couldn't believe the data, because it had changed so much from last week. But I suppose it is what it is. It seems to confirm what CPCE has been saying all last week.

Hi DC,
Where do you see premiums paid? I didnt find it. the only thing I saw that seemed remarkable is that open interest contracted c. 20+ % on the high volume day of 4.18. the next highest volume day was 4.21, but OI remained the +- same.
