Fed is going to cut a quarter percent tomorrow. At this point my model signals an IT SELL and if there was no Fed meeting tomorrow the market would have started the sell-off yesterday. Let's see how much cut the Fed can offer tomorrow. Very likely the market will be disappointed and will sell-off on the news tomorrow afternoon.

Everywhere I go now I'm seeing analysts say the market will sell off if the cut is MORE than .25, and that NO CUT would fuel a rally. Suddenly rate cuts have become the enemy. Now they are saying higher rates will benefit the financials.

Everyone knows Fed can only afford .25% cut.
