shaping up on ndx and rut.....spx seems to be being pulled around by it's nose and farting around.....
If NDX can hold 1875/77...it's got a good chance of seeing 1990
RUT must hold 720 and can see 745 at least.....Where spx can go is uncertain...but MUST reclaim 1275 on a close for higher....OEX must hold 583.50ish on a close.

PS...if Dow holds yesterdays low , give or take 5 or 10 points...there is short term bullish potential there too.
