..I'm still bearish intermediate to long term....but at the back of my mind.....I still feel we have to lose some bears...this would do it....divergence on the daily too.. These markets are just too easy!!.....NOT!!

I couldn't/wouldn't do anything with yesterday's action. Way too tight, way too erratic.

I'm not holding my breath. As a matter of fact I'll be surprized if we close positive today at all. Especcialy on the Naz.

IF NDX can't hold 1875 if seen again...then I'll agree....otherwise

Short is not a fun side of the fence to be on after a day like yesterday. Relative breadth was unexpectedly strong, there was significant program buying in brokers/banks, and sector dispersion was nothing remotely resembling the financial Armageddon/bad balance sheet pangs momentum. When small caps and $xbd close up and the option picture looks like it does, well, the noontide looks like it needs a little afternoon shakeout before we resume the primary trend

if spx can close an hourly bar above 1274...it's going north..
