if you were to ask me if i truly believed this, i'd say hell-to-the-NO
but it fits the interventionist's "growth" targets.......look at the weeklies on a very LT chart.....never seen such a "glob" centered around a key pivot for sooooo long....certaintly ain't normal/"free market" price action
