Stable, but Poorer - Hooray!

Shorts and Short-funds were the only viable investment in what was; and will be again unfolding - so the State cut it off at the knees. Can they shut down the ETF's if this plug in the dyke does'nt work - why not. The State is trying to provide a slower grind-down into a poorer position for the populace. What happens if you are in a short ETF and the State shuts it down? I would guess you loose. :yawn: K
