I am waiting for a confirmation. If it shoots up, there will be time get in. I don't have to be a bottom picker here.
Anybody notice the divergence and any concerns about this?

The Value Line Geometric Average VLIC broke the 2002 lows on Monday on the close and again intra-day on Tuesday.
The A/D lines also broke down below the October lows while the averages held.
Either that constitutes the retest or it's a harbinger of a 2002 low re-test for the headline averages (SPX, OEX, Dow, etc.).

That open possibility is why I am not in a hurry to join in. Opportunities everyday, no hurry. Being patient and emotionally nuetral can pay big time even after big rallies like this.
