Thats exactly what institutionals are doing. They don't "buy" into this nonsense whatsoever. And they haven't been in the latest rallies. Until they buy into this there will be no sustained rally. So they let the small investor run it up, and they dump more of their non-core holdings. Amazing how this works. Its the same as always.

Mark, Thanks for posting this, as always. The coming downswing, whatever level it would come from, will separate the strong from the weak issues. Finally there will be some well developed double bottom and ABC formations one can count on for the long side. F&D

Mark Appreciate your take. Thank you. I will be all cash by the end of today as I see too much on ST charts that looks like we will be trading down. More opportunities will be forthcoming. Will see. Best to you. :)

Actually the institutions have been very active and their footprints are all over the place. Yesterday they were buyers. So far today - sellers.
