Did the Rydex boys caused the last hour fireworks?

Did the Rydex boys caused the last hour fireworks?
I just took a look at their Asset Class, and did not see much change from Tuesday to Wednesday.... Rydex does have a lot of cash on the sideline and their is not a lot of money in Bear and Bull funds.
