Issues with your platform

I would like share my frustration for the problems i'm having and listen if anybody is having similar problems. My datafeed and platform is CMC. I should start by saying that from the beautiful company that was a lot is changing since GS bought a big part of it this year! Now what happened at the end of September, with 1day notice in the middle of the worst crises for generations, they totally changed the charting software! You had to forget all your saved desktop and start a new from scretch! This new charting software sucks big time and there are lots of issues that they are trying to fix for next built. My visibility has been reduced by 50% All this in the name of improuvement! After more then a month I still need to continously adjust my desktop (with 50% reduction in visibility) Today is completely f@*&$% up with most charts saying Data Unavailable!!! I use Stockcharts as my other chart service, but my 24h chart coverage is being sc%@*%^ big time! If anybody had issues with their platform specially in the last 40 days plese welcome!
