Got a few questions this AM about changing the time stamp for TT.
No, it's not the site that sets the time in your time zone-- it's set by GMT.

Something isn't working. I DO have DST checked for this site, yet posts are still 1 hr ahead. I don't have this problem at other sites & my computer shows the correct time.

I had the same problem sence the site went to the new server location.
Today it's working.
