The Politics Thing

I just wanted to say that we hope to get back to normal here pretty quickly. Politics are poison to our site and we've been too busy to just moderate with a light hand as we normally do. Please, don't take the actions of our moderators personally. It's all about the site and keeping things safe, sane, and civil. Moderation was used to preempt likely blow ups. It's temporary. We'll be quick to approve any and all moderated posts near term and longer term, they should be moderated at all. Thanks for understanding and a special thank you to all those who showed restraint and used the "report a post" button instead of the "send an uncivil retort" button. Mark
