Lady on CNBC is asking Carter Worth (TA guy) when the SPX starts going up.
He says: "I am as qualified as anybody on the planet to tell you, and I don't know."

this is what he said on Sept 9
Carter Worth, chief technical market strategist with Oppenheimer, said the heavy selling last week followed by a surge in buying Monday suggests that the move last week shouldn't be construed as any sort of market bottom.

SPY 126.97 to 73.74 swing decline since that Sept 9th comment by Carter Worth:
.382 retrace of that decline is 94.07 which has not been seen since 73.74 was achieved.
