By fully _____ I mean about as much as you get. If you are 100% long and 50% short you're partially long.
By Partially _____ I mean you are appreciably less than as fully positioned as you might normally get.
So, if you always like to keep 20% in reserve cash and you are 80% invested, you're fully long.

With the FF currently over 2 to 1 long I wouldn't be surprised to see an early week pullback starting tomorrow or Tues. a.m. My guess is any dip gets bought.
