Dancing to the rhythm

12/06/2012 Fibo-Nacy

Stanley is on the way home from Asia.
Afterwards, we will retire completely. So, this is my last post in this thread.
Good luck and trade safe

In the following chart, numbers in black color are actual index points, in purple color are projected points.
I have nailed all the low terminal points with the error down to 1.21 points max, 0.572 points in average.

Index retraced slightly deeper than 0.618 retracement and then it reversed up; Chart gave more subtle view than just a retracement point, it annotated the wave relationship & how to calculate the terminal point 1343.35 (in retrospect). ( http://forexrainbow....01710518786.jpg )
You can see 1344.56 at the lower corner in this chart , no clear picture yet, for record purpose only

Index bounced off 1343.35 (11/16), stalled before the Fibonacci point 0.618 ( 1424.41 [1474.51-1343.35] ). No clear picture before our Congress reaches agreement on how to deal with the fiscal cliff

The critical resistance is 1332-1342, one level up to see 1376-1440. second critical resistance is 1440-1450 to see the new high, >1576. The critical support is 1133, one level down to see 966, very close to Stanley’s long term target he posted in Apr 2011 (950, 940-972)

Look at zone 1334-1342, as the previous resistance can be a support afterwards, Do you think the recent low 1343.35 is an coincident?
In April, index marked a high 1422.38, then, it did a pullback in June down to 1266.74. From there, index took out 1450, and on 09/14, marked an intraday high 1474.51, just shy 7.05 points from the inflection point 1481.56.
Overall: Every technician has a set of criteria to define bullish and bearish. it´s my understanding the recent pullback is not deep enough so the wave structure still looks technically bullish. imho, the bear territory is below 1312.71 ( 1309.60-1312.81).
