Current seven as of tonight; will update daily. As of today, 7-23-12, the Intermediate Term Trend remains on uptrend mode since 6-8-12, unless or until TRIN and TRINQ join the other five on downtrend mode:

Thank you for the update. I see some characteristics currently that are similiar to ~May of 2005 in monthly charts. Thoughts? tia Although I see reasons technically to be short now, there is something that gnaws at me that this will continue to grind higher as shorts keep trying but just continue to add fuel fwiw.

Below is an update of the $BPCOMPQ chart, which is now being tracked intraday by Stockcharts.com. Readings early in the day are inaccurate, however, as SC's source seems to keep a running tally of stocks that are in "buy mode" throughout the day, and that number increases as the day progresses - so that the reading and thus the chart is least accurate early in the day, most accurate late in the day. But, importantly, we now can know before the close whether a signal will be generated on the close:
