Looks as if they are trying to gun the semis again today.
Man, they never stop the spin and hope of the fabled 2nd half recovery led by chip equipment stocks.
Nothing has changed since 2000 - 2003 when huge NDX bear market rallies would occur based on this theme.

Any silly bounce is a great opportunity to add shorts.
The end of quarter and the hopes for last minute deal are keeping this pile of junk alive today.
I'll guess there is not going to be a deal with the debt ceiling debate still pending. And end of quarter support will be removed tomorrow.
