Canadian government medicine...

Fake neurosurgeon posed as doctor for years...

Counterfeit physicians seem to be surfacing regularly these days, with Toronto police charging a 19-year-old Toronto woman last week with aggravated assault after she performed a plastic-surgery procedure with no medical training, calling herself Dr. Kitty.

Ontario’s College of Physicians has taken action against five others since 2014, the bogus doctors offering everything from psychiatry to cosmetic injections.

The experience of Quebec’s College des Medecins suggests the scope of the problem may be much larger.

It laid 98 charges in 2016-2017 of illegally practising medicine and using the title of doctor.

The candid truth about "Free" government healthcare..."the NHS is stretched to its limits with people desperately in need of medical care that they can't get"

One angry Facebook user wrote: "It's great until you realise the NHS is stretched to its limits with people desperately in need of medical care that they can't get and then you get these two smackheads doing this. Absolute joke."

Insurers make billions off Medicaid in California during Obamacare expansion

"Medicaid is rarely associated with getting rich. The patients are poor, the budgets tight and payments to doctors often paltry.

But some insurance companies are reaping spectacular profits off the taxpayer-funded program in California, even when the state finds that patient care is subpar.

Overall, Medicaid insurers in the Golden State made $5.4 billion in profits from 2014 to 2016.

Last year, they made more money than all Medicaid insurers combined in 34 other states with managed care plans."

So $5,400,000,000 was taken from taxpayers' pockets and put into the pockets of corporations, who then shared it with their favorite politicians to keep the scheme going.

But what if all of the billions of taxpayer cash could have stayed in the hands of the taxpayers instead of the filthy rich Insurance Corporations and their lobbyists?

Promise made, Promise kept:

"I'm going to spread your wealth around." He said... He did.

Just as planned:

Obamacare Set To Drive New Wave Of Hospital Bankruptcies

The Affordable Care Act, known as Obamacare, reduced payments to hospitals that serve a large number of poor and uninsured patients, known as "disproportionate share hospitals," on the theory that more patients would be insured under the law.

Since 2010, a growing number of patients have enrolled in high-deductible health plans that force them to shoulder more of costs when they get treatment, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. That has translated into more bad debt from customers for hospitals and other providers.

Shocking that folks could simply absorb a doubling of their healthcare premiums in 4 years.

"FREE" Healthcare from the Government. What could go wrong?

SICK: Badly strained UK hospitals to delay non-urgent procedures...

LONDON (AP) — Officials say extreme seasonal pressure on Britain's hospital system means many non-urgent procedures must be put off for weeks.

National Health Service England officials are telling hospitals to delay some procedures to free up staff and beds to deal with emergency patients.

Many hospitals are operating at or near full capacity, with reports of long waits for treatment in emergency rooms.

Reality Bites!

Remember when California decided that everyone would get free health care...until they saw the cost?

California’s ‘Free’ Health Care Won’t Come Cheap The state may implement a single-payer system—meaning substandard care, wait lists and new taxes.

REALITY:

Severe flu brings medicine shortages, packed ERs, rising death toll in California...

Needless to say the obvious horror story is in the square on the lower right and it's going to get a lot worse:

"If you've heard this story before, don't stop me because I'd like to hear it again," Groucho Marx (on market history?).

“I've learned in options trading simple is best and the obvious is often the most elusive to recognize.”

"The god of trading rewards persistence, experience and discipline, and absolutely nothing else."
