Watch out under this 120.73 now on TLT

This could have a SPECTACULAR FALL to 119

Only about 2% but they're quite short. Massive divergences, low volatility  complacency, expect something to happen pretty quickly or not at all.

Yup, still a TRADER's Market... you never know when they are going to engineer one of those 2 hour 150 pt Nasdaq pullbacks...

TLT consolidated the 120.73 with a test of 120.74

Possible price rejection there...

We'll see if we get a new low now.

Financial conditions are tightening. To quote the Fed: "Increasingly tighter financial conditions are associated with rising risk premiums and declining asset values. The net worth of households and nonfinancial firms is, thus, reduced at the same time that credit tightens. This leads to a period of deleveraging (i.e., debt reduction) across the financial and nonfinancial sectors of the economy and ultimately to lower economic activity."

Fed doesn't get much right, but it is hard to argue with that.

At some point, stocks will sell down and bonds will then have done enough and will turn to new lows in yield.

What is interesting is the compression in the 10/30 spread. Now 69bps.

What is China going to do with all those empty buildings?

No one can afford them, but they keep on building...

Like the Terracota Army...

To be buried with the dead.
