Remember, "Partially Long (or Short)" means less than your normal full position. E.g., If you typically use leverage, then 100% long would be "Partially Long".

At tomorrows close Ill be leveraged-Long. The mid term election polling is all B.S. and inaccurate. I placing a bet with my trading capital that we run up like a scalded dog on Wednesday after the GOP retains House and Senate and surprise everyone.

I think a Republican sweep could be bearish. as the market seems to have grown tired of the Trump policy, since it put in a big top already.
