Mueller’s Greatest Hits:                     https://www.american...jury_traps.html

Whitey Bulger

As Alan Dershowitz said: [“Mueller’s] the guy who kept four innocent people in prison for many years in order to protect the cover of Whitey Bulger as an FBI informer. Those of us in Boston don't have such a high regard for Mueller because we remember this story. The government had to pay out tens of millions of dollars because Whitey Bulger, a notorious mass murderer, became a government informer against the mafia.”

Steven J. Hatfill

He was the man Mueller and trusted James Comey! tried in vain to blame for the Anthrax letters sent to public officials in 2001.  The letters containing powdered anthrax killed five people and hospitalized 17 others.  Despite the lack of evidence, for years Mueller hounded Hatfill, who was a virologist at the Army’s Fort Detrick, Maryland laboratories.  Hatfill sued and won almost $6 million from the government for Mueller’s abuse of power,

“Scooter” Libby

“Scooter” Libby, Vice President Dick Cheney’s chief of staff, was accused of outing CIA analyst Valerie Plame -- the eventual charge was perjury.  Forget that the entire world knew she worked for the CIA and she wasn’t an agent and therefore never in danger and that Libby was innocent.

It turns out, they knew all along that Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage was the leaker.

Ted Stevens

In the runup to his 2008 reelection campaign, Senator Ted Stevens of Alaska was investigated by Director Mueller’s FBI on bogus suspicions of him misreporting money spent on renovations to his home.  Less than 100 days before the 2008 election, the Justice Department indicted Stevens and he lost the election by less than 2%.

Judge Emmet G. Sullivan found that the prosecution was “permeated by the systemic concealment of significant exculpatory evidence, which would have independently corroborated Senator Stevens’s defense and his testimony, and seriously damaged the testimony and credibility of the government’s key witness.”

Judge Sullivan also said: “In nearly 25 years on the bench, I've never seen anything approaching the mishandling and misconduct that I've seen in this case.”

Without Mueller's role as SC his history is incomplete.

It should be noted that all but one of the 15 investigators on Mueller's staff ... all chosen by him ... are well connected democrat activist/donors. In fact, one was ''Billary's'' attorney.

Conflict of interest much?

Judging by Mueller's staffing choices, he may not be very interested in justice    https://thehill.com/...y-interested-in

What was supposed to have been a search for Russia’s cyberspace intrusions into our electoral politics has morphed into a malevolent mission targeting friends, family and colleagues of the president. The Mueller investigation has become an all-out assault to find crimes to pin on them — and it won’t matter if there are no crimes to be found. This team can make some.

Many Americans despise President Trump and anyone associated with him. Yet turning our system of justice into a political weapon is a danger we must guard against.

Mueller tapped a different sort of prosecutor to lead his investigation — his long-time friend and former counsel, Andrew Weissmann. He is not just a “tough” prosecutor. Time after time, courts have reversed Weissmann’s most touted “victories” for his tactics. This is hardly the stuff of a hero in the law.

Weissmann, as deputy and later director of the Enron Task Force, destroyed the venerable accounting firm of Arthur Andersen LLP and its 85,000 jobs worldwide — only to be reversed several years later by a unanimous Supreme Court.

Next, Weissmann creatively criminalized a business transaction between Merrill Lynch and Enron. Four Merrill executives went to prison for as long as a year. Weissmann’s team made sure they did not even get bail pending their appeals, even though the charges Weissmann concocted, like those against Andersen, were literally unprecedented.

Weissmann’s prosecution devastated the lives and families of the Merrill executives, causing enormous defense costs, unimaginable stress and torturous prison time. The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals reversed the mass of the case.

Weissmann quietly resigned from the Enron Task Force just as the judge in the Enron Broadband prosecution began excoriating Weissmann’s team and the press began catching on to Weissmann’s modus operandi.

Mueller knows this history. Is this why he tapped Weissmann to target Paul Manafort?

More on Weissmann

He's earned an entire book about his despicable history...''Licensed To Lie''

Quote from book intro

''Former FBI Director Robert Mueller is now investigating President Donald Trump. Who did Mueller choose as his first lieutenant? None other than Andrew Weissmann the lead villain in this true legal thriller that names those who corrupted justice and obtained convictions by any means necessary.

Weissmann .. Long time Democrat activist/donor

In 1998, U.S. Attorney Robert Mueller let one of the most prolific child porn collectors of all time walk free with a $200 fine after his defense claimed he was depressed, drunk and high.

David Asimov, son of celebrity science fiction author Isaac Asimov, amassed one of the most gigantic child porn libraries in American history, and the largest ever found in California.     https://www.dangerou...-dad-walk-free/

But Robert Mueller, as the U.S. Attorney responsible for prosecuting the case, let Asimov walk free. Santa Rosa police arrested the younger Asimov in 1998 after discovering the gigantic collection of child pornography.

Dershowitz: Mueller has revealed his partisan bias

Until today, I have defended Mueller against the accusations that he is a partisan. But I have now changed my mind. By putting his thumb, indeed his elbow, on the scale of justice in favor of impeachment based on obstruction of justice, Mueller has revealed his partisan bias.

Prosecutors are not in a position to determine anyone’s guilt or innocence, noted Dershowitz, recalling the presumption of innocence and reminding readers that determinations of guilt or innocence within America’s justice system require a “full adversarial trial with a zealous defense attorney, vigorous cross examination, exclusionary rules of evidence, and other due process safeguards.”  https://www.breitbar...ng-impeachment/

Mueller slithers back into the swamp from whence he came.

When Mueller admits in his first volume that he found nothing to suggest that Trump had committed conspiracy with the Russians, he is simultaneously admitting that efforts to shake information out of Page, Flynn, Papadopoulos, Manafort, Cohen, and Stone were motivated by a desire to get Trump and not by a desire to get at the truth.

Mueller was willing to sink the American eagle's claws into those peripheral characters even though he had nothing on Trump.  Now we know he had nothing, and if he had nothing by the end of his investigation, he certainly had nothing during it.  This makes Mueller guilty of abusing the power of the state against individuals who had nothing to do with that nonexistent crime called Trump-Russia conspiracy.  https://www.american...government.html

Robert Mueller helped Saudi Arabia cover up its role in 9/11 attacks

“He’s a villain, and an arrogant one to boot,” former FBI Agent Mark Wauck said, adding that his former boss has a long history of acting as a “servant of the deep state,” or the permanent DC ruling class.

“Any letting the Saudis off the hook came from the White House,” former Agent Mark Rossini said. “I can still see that photo of Saudi Ambassador Bandar and Bush enjoying cigars on the balcony of the White House two days after 9/11.”
