The Democratic battlefield will be trip-wired with all types of language policing. The televised debates are going to be pile-ons with every candidate trying to boost their woke points to unimaginable heights. Candidates who don’t stick straight to the progressive line will find themselves on the receiving end of the Twitter mob.
The Democrats’ dramatis personae is a veritable list of timebombs ready to explode and offend the hypersensitive liberal dispensation. The list of charges: Joe Biden’s rakish hands; Beto O’Rourke’s campaign staffer’s rape accusation; Elizabeth Warren’s appropriation of a minority identity; the recently uncovered sexual harassment settlement of one of Kamala Harris’s top aides; multiple sexual harassment allegations on Bernie Sanders’s 2016 campaign; Cory Booker admitting to once groping a blotto girl; Kirsten Gillibrand railroading Al Franken out of the Senate; Julián Castro palming off delinquent mortgages to Wall Street hedge funds.

Northam can’t be forced to resign even if black voters are furious. Neither can Herring. And it seems inconsistent to not treat both men equally for essentially the same offense. But if they resign for blackface pictures in college, how can Fairfax stay in office facing charges now from two women for far more egregious conduct? And if all three resign the Democratic Party in Virginia will be decimated. But if they don’t it will infuriate women voters or black voters, or both.

The bizarre case of Jussie Smollett continues to unfold with the police still investigating what Smollett insists was a "hate crime."
Smollett tells the story of walking down the street in sub-zero temperatures and being attacked by two men wearing MAGA hats and screaming racial and homophobic slurs at him. Was this a hate crime?
Maybe it was. And then, maybe he wasn't attacked at all.
Since so many have asked me if @Chicago_Police will let #JussieSmollett case go unsolved, I’ll give my opinion. Given the high-profile nature of the crime, I don’t believe so. I believe they’ll either find the perpetrators responsible or charge #Smollett w/ filing a false report
I will believe that when I see it.
If the police drop the matter without finding the perpetrators, the outcry in the black community will be just as loud. And if they charge Smollett, violence will be likely.

CNN’s Don Lemon told Red Table Talk that he wasn’t shocked when he heard Smollett’s story, adding that he was concerned about the actor’s “well-being” in having to deal with being black, gay, and famous.
“One, he has to deal with discrimination as a black man,” said Lemon, “then, on top of that, he has to be gay — and then, fame — fame is not natural — When something happens to you and it’s controversial, everyone is coming for you, and so I knew everyone would be picking apart his story.”

Tennis legend Martina Navratilova is in hot water again over anti-trans comments. An article she wrote for the Sunday Times has stirred controversy and caused an LGBT athletes group to remove her from their board and completely cut ties. https://news.yahoo.c...-185318365.html
In the article, which was posted on Sunday, Navratilova referred to trans women as men who “decide to be female,” and wrote that it would be “cheating and unfair” for them to compete against cisgender women (women who had been assigned female at birth). She argued that “it’s insane and it’s cheating” that “a man can decide to be female, take hormones if required by whatever sporting organization is concerned, win everything in sight and perhaps earn a small fortune, and then reverse his decision and go back to making babies if he so desires.”

2020 them hopefuls Sen. Cory Booker and Sen. Kamala Harris both immediately rushed to judgment after Jussie Smollett claimed white racist Trump supporters ambushed him with bleach and a noose.
Cory Booker called Smollett’s hate hoax a “modern-day lynching.”
Celebrities such as Alyssa Milano jumped into the mix and slammed Trump supporters following the hate hoax.
The Democrats and media have fallen for two huge hoaxes this year, Covington and now Smollett — and it’s only February.
