I would like the market to retrace all of the overnight rally so I can now get an opportunity to trade from yesterday's close
Sure, it's coming....
AAII Bulls were still holding back this week (now 29.5). My guess is we see the big jump next week since yesterday was the first day of sentiment shift.

They are trying real hard to get SPX as near as possible to yesterday's close, then ramp up.
Of course, the downward momentum can take it all the way below SPX 2900

I am fixated on that SPX vs VIX 15m chart
VIX hourly BUY (SPX sell) will be triggered by end of this hour if VIX remains near current levels

Unless there is a stunning reversal intraday, this looks more and more like a ST high
Anyone who deliberately planned a reversal could not have done as brilliant a job as the IRAN AFFAIR did to this market!
