MY VIX HOURLY went to BUY but not the VIX DAILY (still on a SELL)
VIX Daily - over the 50 DMA and 10 EMA - a buy signal for the VIX - Sell signal for equities - A close over 17.22 would mean a Sell Signal for equities confirmed...

Maybe... but I have to trade the rally - whatever the reason - and then trade the drop - whatever the reason...
Mnuchin admits it 'was' in the past 90% then had a set back. Not is. He hopes it will in 6 months. Their misleading pump headline plays the algos..shows it's far away

The trade talk broke down on the last 10%. The last 10% may take a long long time, or may never get done ...........
Technically, he spoke the truth ...but it was repeating old news
but the markets grabbed it and ran up 15 ES Futures points
Futures backtracked a bit but SHORTS seem to be extremely cautious about more of these tweets. I do not balme them, it is now the nature of the markets -- moved by tweets etc, shoot and talk later trading...

but FED and TRUMP PUT are more powerful than the negatives, at least for now; later, it will change dramatically

The folks over at BCA Research seem to have a bit of a bearish bias on equities. They do have a point though...

LOL.... so the 90% complete trade deal could go to 91 then 92 then 93.... finally to 99.1 ......99.9
You got to go all the way for a Touchdown; 90 or 99.9% just does not cut it
June 2019: "US-China deal is 90% complete" May 2019: "US-China deal is 95% complete" This deal looks like my kids' homework.
