"The equity markets closed out the month of June on a positive note as the major market indices finished with an average weekly gain of +.27% as both the S&P 400 MID Cap Index (+.90%) and the S&P 600 Small Cap Index (+1.73%) led the way higher. For the month of June itself, the markets were powered higher by these same areas of market capitalization ending with an average gain of +7.10%, and even with a tough month of May for the buyers, the 2nd quarter of 2019 wound up with an average gain +2.81%...bringing the average yearly gain to a highly respectable +16.10%!"
