to agree with chief given how rude his comments sound most of times, but really when the spx sets new highs it's an explosion of top calls in the order of one every two or three new threads. Top....top....top........WHAT TOP ? So far every time the stock market makes a dip of one cent.....the usual magic hands go in full buying mode. What are we talking about ? There is more room to the upside and we have to wait until next year for a real TOP. My two cents....
It's often difficult for me....

Actually I have been long since then but more because of the late Mark Haines god rest his soul lol, but I don't brag about it and I've made even more because I've traded both up and down but I don't boast about it. I've been around likely about as long as you and neither ever bullish or bearish, just traderish thus the reason I love this site lol!! Good for you on your bullishness though it has done you well congratulations!!

As a trend trader I sure don't ride down 20% moves either Brother..... I trade VXF (free trades at Vanguard) and look how far it moved down in 2018. However, I call myself a trader not a buy and hold LT investor.... A few whipsaws on the way down, but that's part of trading.....
