FWIW, of all the CBOE provided P/C data, the VIX is the most valuable to me. Otherwise, I look at ISEE.

Yes on VIX ratio!!!  Here are the number of lower opportunity spx points down the day after the VIX pc ratio was below 21% vs the close that day.  Today's data is intraday so far.
