Hard to say you couldn't see this one coming....

 The warning indicators were there, buy one just never knows. My signals are based on the closing prices, and we can't rule out buyers coming in.  We could just get more sideways action... I'm tracking IWM, but still think SPX is headed under 3k...SPY under 300.  The daily and weekly both remain on hold long positions for the masses.....

 

For now I have remain long VXF and no buy signal for VXX....close but I use the daily closing price.....

Yes, I was only talking about the very short term...

 

This could turn out to be a news dip'n'go today... already booked my short profits and watching for now.

Correction - Typo....."I want to see a VXX sell signal"   I want to see a VXF sell signal....

 

HYG and IWM be having some trouble.....  Divergence from SPX

 

For now the trend remains up....hold long positions even with all these ugly warning indicators.....  I'm flat!

 

Is the late July pattern about to repeat?
