now at 69% its half span ma is at 60%    ....when these two numbers get tite with each other a reaction usually occurs.....12 hour rsi is calculated off of 65 minit hours ..    10:35 usually the first pivot of the day...then 11:40   ..1245 150  255 and the close....the reason that the 65 minit hour is in effect is because the exchange got tired of fighting all those ta guys using hourly software.....so they changed the opening from 10am to 930 am est....didnt take me  long  to figure out that splitting the day into 6 equal part would be revealing....i was right......i hand calculate the dows 12 hr rsi by hand   along with the 5 and 12 day rsi.s   and the 5 and 12 week rsi.s.....all against their half span ma.s      when you do this you will see how controlled the dows price structure is

You can set up a 65 minute time frame at TD ameritrade think or swim platform, but they put a 7th bar in for the cash settlement that I can not see how to get rid of.  Almost, LOL

Good interview from 1999. With some good but also with some not so good predictions. Like this one:

"

StockHouse: Will the NASDAQ continue to soar?

Wolanchuk: The NASDAQ's acting like a million dollars. The Elliot Wave structure is crystal clear. It's a very

positive action. The American Stock Exchange is going to absolutely go insane on the upside. Triple in value,

at least. Right now we're around 780 or 790. I've got projections up around 2,800.

StockHouse: In a matter of 10-20 years?

Wolanchuk: No, in a matter of months. It's already gone up 300 points since October, and it's accelerating.

''Right now we're around 780 or 790''..............well there's something wrong with the time of that interview because on the 4th of January 1999 the nasdaq closed at 2208 and since then it started to go up parabolically to mark an LT top in March 2000. That said, hat off to cheif because he predicted a parabolic rise which really occurred, but the question is if he was able to predict the start of the early year 2000 bear which was fully recovered only fifteen years later in the nasdaq or if he went on watching the sky.....
