This and renewed hopes of a stimulus agreement will produce a rally - a brief & temporary one - but it could be a punishing one for bears who overstay their welcome. Ride it up for as high as it goes then be ready to exit and reverse.... LOWER LOWS ahead, below SPX 2000, but sharp rallies before that happens

If market cannot rally for at least 7 to 10% on FED and STIMULUS agreement then there will be a major move down
