Oil is the process of bottoming along with CRB complex. There is a possibility that it has already bottomed at $19, but, that makes for tiny waves IV and V. But, I have seen them do this all the time. However I do prefer the more conventional wave count that oil will settle down south of $20 especially that all the piggies loaded up on USO some astronomical amount.
