The death rate kept decreasing. If you divide yesterdays death number 863 (only 1/3 of the peak) by yesterdays confirmed cases 36015 as per PCR tests the death rate is only 0.024. Meanwhile the CDC and the main media are hyping over a 2nd wave. It looks to me now this thing has got involved in the politics .................

It's very misleading by just looking at the confirmed cases, it's more meaningful to look at the death numbers and the ratio of death/confirmed, and the trend of the death numbers and the ratio ....................

AZ 0.024

The death/confirmed ratio is decreasing in those states as well. But it's better to use the national numbers as the larger the sample the more realistic to reflect the trend of pandemic ....................

In terms of deaths there is no 2nd wave, but the media can hype with the "confirmed" numbers .......................

And the reason as I have kept saying is that they testing and confirming positive a much younger populace recently.
I have already shown the AZ demographics many times.
I saw yesterday where the average age of person testing positive has dropped in FL from 65 in March to just 35 now.

That chart does not show overall rate.
This actually shows deaths rates by country. USA is 9 and Brazil 16.
