The prohibition includes immediate family members. Effective immediately. These persons are also blocked from entry into the US. The order also seeks to expand immigration quotas for HK citizens into the US and removes all favored trade status given to HK. The numbers of banned persons and associated blocked properties could be huge, especially in the west. The number of RE transactions in some areas, including my neighborhood, are going to nose dive i would guess. Definitely give the EO a read and see what you think...
