We should hear the final actions on the second stimulus from either the Congress or the president in the next two days.  BTW, today money is rotating back into tech...........................

The announcement regarding the new stimulus may come in the odd hours, I see likely Friday in late evening , but could be tonight also ...............

The market is still waiting for the congress to get the stimulus bill passed, but the politicians are still dragging on with no progress.  it looks they are not going to get it passed tomorrow  .................
