Anyone remember that rule of 3 ?
Learned that from Tim Ord...
You give a stock or index 3 tries to break through, if not successful then you will see a turn back down.
September 3rd, October 13th and right now is the 3rd....... Downtown from here onwards ?????

Not sure where the rule of three applies here... high, lower-high, new ATH... break through what? AND... the price needs to fall below the two prior swing lows... which it is still relatively far from reaching (~300-points).
