I have been trading 60 years, but always learning.

One of my systems, trades once a day, looking to "buy" SPX futures for a trade till next day.

I buy first day, sell next day, then loo to buy for another day trade. 

Therefore trying trying to  get the low of the day, or near it. I use bollinger bands, and general feel for the market. I use half hour or one hour BB's.

 

I know momentum would be good with it.

I am asking what indicator with what value would good to use with it.

All suggestions appreciated.

If you can stream the Option Delta from Citadel, the intraday SPY/ES tops and bottoms are clear as day.

I only use stochastics in different time frames, mainly watch the tape to tell me whats happening!
